By registering an advertiser account or utilizing any flat-rate slot placement models offered by Kantrix AdX, you agree to be bound completely by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before starting any campaign.

1. Registration & Account Safety

To use our next-generation app advertising platform, you must register a unique advertiser profile. You agree to provide exact, updated, and honest contact details. You remain solely responsible for preserving your account passwords and restricting unauthorized platform actions.

2. Campaign Rules & Creative Guidelines

To protect publisher user experiences within our mobile advertising network, we enforce a strict content policy. We do not accept mobile ad creatives that contain:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive offerings.
• Malware, spyware, or auto-download script elements.
• Adult content, hate speech, or highly offensive visual structures.

We review all uploaded banner, vertical video, and rich image files. We reserve the absolute right to suspend any campaign displaying prohibited content immediately without issuing a refund.

3. Flat-Rate Billing & Payments

Unlike standard bidding exchanges that feature volatile cost-per-click spikes, Kantrix AdX operates on predictable daily flat-rate slots. Payments must be completed upfront before campaign execution. If you select recurring bookings, you authorize Kantrix AdX to charge your saved payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing interval.

4. Platform Availability & Technical Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime on our ad serving engines, Kantrix AdX is not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party hosting issues, internet connectivity problems, or scheduled maintenance down periods. In the event of system failures, we will extend your daily ad slot booking duration proportionally at no extra charge.

5. Legal Framework & Arbitration

These terms are governed exclusively by the local jurisdiction of Kantrix Softwares. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions relating to our advertising services must be resolved through binding arbitration locally before entering courts.

6. Referral Program & Earnings Usage

As part of the Kantrix AdX referral program, you may earn commission balances when your invited users launch campaigns. When booking a new campaign slot using your referral balance, you may apply a maximum of 50% of your available referral earnings per transaction. The remaining campaign cost must be covered via your primary wallet balance or direct payment.
